1)NO RETURNS on Bodysuits, Lingerie, Swimwear,
2)ALL RETURNS must be of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label.
3)Return requests must be initiated within 7days(the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status)of receiving all items in the order is shipped backed to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.
If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.
4)Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item

For your responsibility (Customer Remorse)
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item that you purchased by mistake isn’t needed anymore or if the products are so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For your remorse products, you have to bear a certain amount for return shipping. You will bear the Actual cost of return shipping. The Re-stocking fee is GBP 30%
